1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on https://eonianofficial.com, the online shop of Eonian Official, a clothing brand based in Tirana, Albania.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and prices

We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour may occur because of screen settings and photography. Size guides are provided for reference.

All prices are shown in euro (€). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.

If a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before sending it, and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

3. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if your details cannot be verified, or in case of suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

You can pay:

  • Cash on delivery – you pay the courier when you receive your order.
  • By card through Paysera – your payment is processed securely by Paysera. We never see or store your card details.

Orders in Albania are usually delivered within 24–48 hours. Delivery to other countries may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

For deliveries outside Albania, any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Please check your order when you receive it. If a package is visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To return an item:

  • Contact us at info@eonianofficial.com or on Instagram within 14 days of receiving the order, with your order number.
  • Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

After we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the price of the product within 14 days, using the same payment method you used, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders. The original delivery cost is refunded only if you return the whole order.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed or have had their tags removed cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Delivery costs for exchanges are paid by the customer, unless the original item was faulty or wrong.

8. Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund the item, in line with your rights under Albanian consumer protection law, and cover the return delivery cost. These rights are in addition to your right of withdrawal.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. Please tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Eonian Official name and logo, product photos, designs and texts, belongs to Eonian Official or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are fit for normal use. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Albanian law.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

13. Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@eonianofficial.com. We will reply as soon as possible and try to resolve it fairly. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the consumer protection authorities in Albania.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
